A Holistic Approach to Treatment
As a fully-licensed residential treatment facility, Natchez Trace Youth Academy offers a wide range of enrichment opportunities for our students. Our treatment programs take a holistic approach to care, recognizing that our students should be bringing the skills they learn in therapy to every aspect of their lives, from the classroom to the basketball court. We offer multiple opportunities for our students to express themselves and take part in extracurricular programs and activities that enrich their stay and their treatment. These activities give our students a chance to work on their behaviors in real time with their peers, but also provides them with readiness and preparedness skills for when they leave our program.
ENRICHMENT SERVICES INCLUDE:
Academics & Vocational Training: We run a fully-accredited school with opportunities to earn a diploma, train for the GED exam, prep for standardized tests like the ACT and more. We also offer training in professions such as woodworking, horticulture, auto repair and more.
