TRICARE-Certified Programs

Natchez Trace Youth Academy is TRICARE-approved to offer residential treatment services for children and adolescents, ages 10 to 17, of active duty service members and veterans of the United States Armed Forces.

We are the only TRICARE-certified residential treatment center in Waverly, Tennessee. In addition to treating mental health issues, we specialize in trauma-focused psychiatric treatment with a behavior management component. All programs include enrollment at a freestanding, certified school to make sure our residents stay on track academically.

Tony Hatley, the CEO of Natchez Trace Youth Academy, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation and understands firsthand how to work with families, legal guardians and adolescents to promote a healing environment for the entire family.
